Research interests
During my Master's in Physics, I became fascinated by Magnetic Resonance Spectroscopy (MRS) and focused on Deuterium Metabolic Imaging (DMI) a technique to non-invasively study glucose metabolism after oral administration of deuterium-labeled glucose. I developed a sequence to measure tissue-specific relaxation times of deuterium resonances in the human brain's white and gray matter.
Continuing with my Ph.D., I will deepen my expertise in DMI with focus on the development of new sequences.
