Application of quantum computing in solving medical problems
Techniques, methods & infrastructure
Theoretically, it has been proven that quantum algorithms have speedup compared to classical algorithms for some specific tasks. For example, there are some problems in science and engineering that are classified as NP hard problems such as solving linear system of equations, Matrix multiplication, optimization of a complex function, and so on. These problems can be solved much faster with quantum algorithms than classical algorithms.
