2017 // Treffen zur Förderung global verantwortungsvoller Forschung, Delhi | MedUni Wien ...Agnes Saint Raymond, Soumya Swaminathan, Christiane Druml, Geeta Jotwani Mit diesem Treffen soll ein Dialog zu Genom-Editierungstechnologien zwischen europäischen und indischen Expertinnen und Experten angestoßen werden. Es sollte uns helfen, unser Wissen in diesem Bereich zu erweitern und uns mit den damit verbundenen Unwägbarkeiten zu befassen. Durch transparente und gute ethische Debatten sollen die weltweite Implementierung der Genom-Editierung erleichtert und die kontroversen Debatten vermieden werden, die zum Thema GMOs und zu anderen neuen Technologien geführt worden sind und noch geführt werden.
