Deadline for Registration: August 15, 2023.

The fee of 260€ for predoctoral students, 285€ for postdoctoral researchers and professors and 400€ for industry employees will include lunch on Thursday and Friday as well as the entire social event on Thursday evening and all coffee breaks. Not included is the sightseeing tour and the visit to the Heuriger. If you register after the deadline or directly at the venue, an additional fee of 25€ will be charged for all participants. Please note, that no additional fee will be charged for abstract submissions.

Data protection declaration in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation: Your data will only be used to process your participation in the event and will be deleted after the storage period has expired in accordance with the GDPR.

Note: We would like to point out that photos and / or videos might be taken / recorded at the venue. These can be published in print and online media, on various social media platforms and on the website of MedUni Vienna for the purpose of documenting and reporting on the event.
